Check this out...the Tsumani event for Adults in youth ministry.  This will be a 1-day conference for both paid and volunteer youth workers.  The YWC will be a great event that will present practical seminars such as: Ministering to Teenage Girls; Multi-Media; Balancing Home and Ministry; Evangelism; Relational Youth Ministry; Retreat & Mission Trip Planning and much more.

Parenting Seminars: As youth workers you are always being hit with the tough questions from parents.  Let Tsunami come in a lead a very informal, one evening seminar that will help your parents leave with a better understanding of why their teen is acting like, well, a teen.
